Sydney joined the Lillestol Research team in March 2026. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from North Dakota State University. Originally from Blaine, Minnesota, she now resides in Fargo, North Dakota. Prior to joining the team, Sydney gained experience in both management and mental health services.
